Cecil started in the insurance industry in 2017. Working for South Carolina’s largest employer he found becoming an independent agent more rewarding. Cecil enjoys assisting clients in navigating the Medicare decisions to fit their needs. Cecil joined Neuse Consulting in 2020 and is licensed in not only South Carolina but along with 4 other states.
