Originally from Virginia, Karri Powers received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the College of William & Mary. Initially she worked on the corporate side of the insurance industry as an underwriting specialist, and then as a manager of the payment plan department. She had a calling to work with clients directly, so she became licensed as a life, health, and property & casualty agent. Her passion and specialty lies in helping seniors determine the best benefits they are entitled to through Medicare, while also helping families and small businesses with protection through life, disability, long term care insurance, as well as annuity and retirement strategies.
